By accessing Finelake Knit Studio courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

3. Course access

• Self-paced courses include ongoing access to materials.
• Live cohort components may have fixed schedules and caps.
• We may update content to improve clarity and accuracy.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds: within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 15% of a course. Cohort fees may be refundable until 72 hours before the first session.
• Chargebacks for valid purchases may lead to account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share accounts or redistribute materials without permission.
• Be respectful in community spaces; no harassment, spam, or illegal content.

6. Intellectual property

All course content is owned by Finelake Knit Studio and our instructors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are educational. We do not guarantee particular outcomes or timelines. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The effective date will be updated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
